Clinicient is a combination of the words “clinic” and “efficient”. That’s the essence of who we are. Founded in 1998, we focus exclusively on providing outpatient rehabilitation business solutions.

We are dedicated to helping private practices in Outpatient Rehabilitation succeed. We do this by offering a unique combination of integrated physical therapy software, efficient business processes that have been fine tuned and perfected across hundreds of clinics across the nation, physical therapy billing experience and an unprecedented knowledge base of payer rules. Beyond providing software, our goal is to bring together the combined knowledge and learning of all our clients so that together we can help each other grow and gain strength as a community. Over the years we’ve built a technology platform unlike anything else in the market that has allowed us to build a growing network of outpatient rehab practices, payers and industry expertise – delivering a high-end practice management system previously only available to the privileged few with huge IT budgets and custom software solutions.
